Lets Just Keep It 100
So I'm gonna keep it real right now. Music is cool to talk about and all that, but sometimes I just need to hear nature. I usually don't talk about how we can get overwhelmed by the world around us, but lately the world has been getting to me. At times, we get really down on ourselves about things that are happening in our lives. It seems our lives are so revolved around school, work and other tasks that we forget to take a step back for everything.

I personally found that going into the woods helps me appreciate the small things. Hearing the birds, the smell of everything and seeing nature is what helps me relax. It just felt good to just take a step back from normal life, and to switch things up. I feel like right now is a perfect time to just to go into nature. Fall is here, but it's Florida so it may not feel like it. We have to make the best with what we got though, but I believe that just taking a walk around an area during the sunset to clear your mind is good for your health. I am not saying you should do that everyday because when you are alone for too long it can get a little weird in your head, but you should do it every once in a while just to bring yourself back to earth.

It doesn't even have to be going into the woods, it is honestly were you find that you are most happy. Maybe you find driving with the winds down refreshing, then do it. I learned that life is not a straight line, but more of a roller coaster. We hit rock bottom at times so we can appreciate things that we never really do in our normal day. Life is too unpredictable to live it predictable.
Like I said before, I just wanted to keep it 100. I personally believe we are not always happy, so on those day just know that you're not alone.

Here are some numbers to actually prove my point on why we should give ourselves personal time.
