Off-White and Nike?

So this week pictures and the actual shoes have surfaced of the Off-white and Nike. For those who aren't really into fashion, Off-white is a brand created by Virgil Abloh. He is really close to the new rap artists like the Asap Mob and Playboi Carti. Virgil is also really close friends with Kanye West.

It is insane to me thatVirgil was able to get a collaboration with Nike; the nike brand that has the most recognizable logo in the world. To me, it is like a friend making it big. From the pictures of the shoes, Nike pretty much let Virgil do his thing with the creative process.

The shoes have such a really crazy design, due to the fact that it is a Off-white collaboration. Virgil was able to put small hints of his brand onto the shoe. He put a weird zip tie onto the shoes as well, but instead of ruining the shoe, it made the shoes standout. The down part of the shoes are that they are really hard to find, and those who do have them don't want to sell them or want to sell them for $1000 and up.
